Bar Supervisor – Austinvilla Estate

Join the team at Austinvilla Estate, a stunning, award-winning wedding and events venue nestled in the Gold Coast hinterlands – just 20 minutes from Palm Beach. We’re on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Bar Supervisor to support our Bar Manager and help deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests.
In this role, you’ll:
Assist the Bar Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Lead and supervise the bar team during events when the Bar Manager is off-site
Work hands-on behind the bar during weddings, corporate functions, and private events
Help maintain high standards of service and ensure smooth bar operations
About you:
You’re an experienced hospitality professional with leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a love for creating great guest experiences. You thrive in fast-paced environments, take initiative, and are comfortable stepping up when needed.
